IndiaMART bestowed me with the responsibility of handling a huge team comprising of 15 members from the very beginning. It has been overwhelmingly difficult to navigate the entire team initially. However, I have been fortunate enough to have worked under leaders, who guided me throughout, and with whom I have shared and still do share an exceptional rapport.

IndiaMART as an organization has given me massive opportunities for growth. I came from an MBA background, however here I was given the opportunity to handle end-to-end finance management. The flexibility and the opportunity to change roles within the organization has helped the employees to add freshness to their job roles. IndiaMART has a great mix of legacy, pioneers and well as of those who have joined recently. And this mix is doing wonders!
